Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Coverage We currently ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Rates

  • Flat rate: ₱130 for all orders
  • Free shipping on orders ₱2,000 and above
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available

Shipping fees are calculated and applied at checkout.

Delivery Estimates

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
  • Provincial: 4–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier conditions, weather, or peak seasons.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to monitor your delivery status through the courier's platform.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery fees will be shouldered by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the courier, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll work with you to resolve it.
